She has a new canopy, heating, hot water, shower, holding tank and electric windlass.
She is in need of attention to the exterior paint work around the side deck as this is now peeling but otherwise she presents very well.
The wheelhouse folds to give a low air draft allowing access to all Broads bridges.
I could see no signs of water ingress and there are no smells.
