Central door, hatch and steps lead to the cabin area comprising-:
WC/shower compartment to starboard with wipe down surfaces, a wash basin hot and cold tap, thermostatic shower, sea/ pump out toilet, shower tray and gulper pump, storage and light.
Galley to starboard with storage drawers and cupboards, Formica work top, stainless steel sink with hot and cold tap, LPG cooker, 12v / 240v fridge.
Mooring available by separate agreement, or transport away can be arraigned by separate agreement.
The current owner has had full overhaul of the raw water pumps, gearbox oil and filter change, engine oil and filter change, fuel filers changed, new fuel tanks, new canopies, worn window seal replaced, external window covers and internal new curtains
